Add a "Skin Consultation" service to your shop. The client can purchase this for zero or a value e.g. €30. As an option, you can give them a checkout code to redeem this value against products that you recommend to them. On purchase, the client receives a fully branded download PDF linking to the branded Consultation Form where they will be asked to provide all the information you need plus skin photo uploads to enable you to recommend the appropriate products. When the customer submits the completed form you will be notified via an app alert and will be able to view the response with client's submitted photo's directly via your phone.
You can decide to have a call or video chat with the client for the consultation or simply email them the recommendations.
